Come to the Mass of Hope

All those affected by cancer are invited to attend the 8th Annual Mass of Hope April 10 at St. Gregory in San Diego: those with active cancer cases, those in remission, those who have recovered, and their family members, caregivers, medical professionals, and friends.

Hope in the face of cancer comes in many forms: hope that treatment will work, hope that there will not be a recurrence, hope in complete recovery, hope that pain will be minimal, hope that therapies will not cause more harm than good, hope that family and friends will be steadfast in providing care, hope that God will give comfort in times of need, and perhaps most importantly, hope in Eternal Life with Our Lord at the end of our journey. Come celebrate hope.

Join Father Nicholas Clavin and the Family Cancer Support Ministry Team for the Eighth Annual Mass of Hope on Tuesday, April 10, at 6 p.m. If you have lost a loved one to cancer, please bring a small photo to the Mass for a special prayer. Mass will be followed by a reception with light refreshments in the parish call.

For more information, or if you need sign language interpretation, contact Kent Peters at 858-735-6889.
