Mental Health Summit

You’re invited to the IHOT North Summit: “The Challenge of Engagement: Providing Hope.”

MHS IHOT North Summit will provide an opportunity for all San Diegans to develop a better understanding of how to engage and support those with severe mental illness, as well as their families.

The IHOT North team will share about the challenge of engaging individuals who are reluctant to engage in mental health services. We have gathered expert speakers, first responders, treatment providers, mental health advocates, and educators to address the challenges of engaging in treatment and building an ongoing support network for individuals who experience significant mental health challenges. We invite community members and family members to learn about unique interventions and hear about the successes that North County Providers have had in providing stability and hope for those impacted by severe mental illness. Lunch will be served and seating is limited.

The event takes place May 24, 9 am-4 pm, at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido (340 N. Escondido Blvd., Escondido 92025). Attendees from across the diocese are welcome!
