You’re Invited to CRS Global Solidarity Night

Diocesan offices and Catholic Relief Services cordially invite parish leaders, catechists, social ministers and volunteers to a CRS Global Solidarity Night, 7-8:30 p.m. on Nov. 7 at the Diocesan Pastoral Center (3888 Paducah Drive, San Diego 92117).

Join us for an informative evening as we examine our call to be a Church that reaches out to the global peripheries, heeding the invitation of Pope Francis in his encyclical, Gaudium Evangelii.

Learn about the solidarity work that our Church shares in over 100 countries around the world through Catholic Relief Services, the official relief and humanitarian agency of the U.S. Catholic Church, serving in around 100 countries worldwide.

Explore practical tools and resources that may assist you in your ministry  (such as CRS Rice Bowl, CRS Fair Trade and others).

For more information on Catholic Relief Services, go to www.crs.org and www.crsespanol.org.
